We supply leading hotels, clubs and restaurants in Central Europe with carefully selected, hand-made, value for money wines imported from family-owned, boutique wineries in Australia, Argentina, South Africa and New Zealand. We have selected regionally diverse wines from important wine growing regions that highlight the styles of these varied terroirs and winemakers. Our main office is located in Berlin, Germany and we have storage facilities and delivery partners in Milan, Monte Carlo, Prague and Warsaw. Our partners are supported by our main office with promotions and sales and in turn deliver promptly and efficiently in these regions. Before moving to Germany, Managing Director Bradley Mitton worked for eleven years in the food and beverage industry in Asia. His experiences include working in the hospitality and wine trade in Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines and South Korea. His passion for excellence was generated through working with and meeting great vintners in particular Robert Mondavi, Trimbach of Alsace, Drouhin of Burgundy, Chapoutier of the Rhone Valley and other iconic new world wine figures. Bradley travels throughout Europe training and educating hotel and restaurant employees in the diversity and regionality of New World wines. In conjunction with our gourmet club concept “Club Vivanova” (www.clubvivanova.com), we organise various events around Europe with creative concepts that offer our consumers the chance to taste wines in a fun and informative atmosphere. In combining these events with other co-sponsoring corporations, we offer excellent networking and socialising opportunities. Current Brand Distribution Eden Mill Gin . Pale Pink Gin € 39,00 . 500ml This light blush pink gin brings together an outstanding blend of local botanicals and exotic fruits. The gin is a pale pink colour when poured and when diluted, the Love Gin shows sweet vanilla and floral notes. The nose offers fragrant and floral rose petal aromas with sweet berry notes. The Love Gin has sweet fruit and spice characters of strawberries and vanilla with a clean and fruity finish. Key botanicals - Rose petal and hibiscus. 42% alcohol. Hop Gin . Australian Hops € 39,00 . 500ml To create this award winning Hop Gin, we married our brewing and distilling skills. Hops, a core ingredient of beer, meets the distillery's gin and the result offers a zesty citrus and apricot aroma with a rich finish. There is an excellent balance with floral, coriander and light hoppy notes, soft tropical fruit follows with hints of juniper. The gin finishes with smooth, hoppy and fresh apricot notes balanced with a refreshing crispness. In essence, Hop gin leaves a 'well rounded' mouth feel that gently fades with a light hoppy character. Key botanicals - Juniper berries, angelika, coriander, Australian galaxy hops. 46% alcohol. Oak Gin . Aged in Oak € 39,00 . 500ml With Oak Gin, we married our brewing and distilling skills leading to our oak beer barrels meeting our distillery's gin production. The result is a rich oak spice gin with notes of caramel, vanilla, and a touch of fudge. Warming, at 42% ABV, with a long, rich finish. Oak gin delivers a warm finish as lovely as a sipping gin/whisky; rich oak spice and brown honey toast finishing on sweet caramel, vanilla and sugarcane. The ginger really brings out the spice and woodiness of Oak gin. Sweet and rich-spiced fruits and spices (cinnamon & star anise) are evident. Soft delicate vanilla and fudge mingle with the ginger. Just marvellous! Key botanicals - Juniper berries, angelika, coriander, Australian galaxy hops. 42% alcohol. Original Gin . Seabuckthorn Berry € 43,00 . 700ml Eden Mill Original Gin, also known as Eden Gin is the St Andrews take on a classic London Dry. Made from Fife's seabuckthorn berries, a super food that grows within walking distance of our St Andrews distillery. The unique tart berry flavour is abundant but we balance the gin around it using citrus elements drawn from the other botanicals (like lemon balm and citrus peel). This gin is on a quite different level to most. With the warmer weather fast approaching, this is ideal for you to share with friends over a summer barbeque. A perfectly sociable gin to enjoy outdoors with friends and family. Original gin has a very clean and sweet taste.
