It has also been my 63rd time flipping my calendar desk since September 12, 2013. Time withered, but everything else continued to grow. For PSA Ilocos Sur, every year is a year of growth. However, 2018 is a strong one for our team. Quantitatively, there was an increase in the number of workloads. Thus, we have accumulated more accomplishments. Qualitatively, there were improvements in the performances of our employees. Therefore, a higher level of quality in our outputs and services was attained. As 2019 entails a year of innovation, the PSA Ilocos Sur team will definitely continue to grow and become a world class statistical and civil registration organization. Until then, my warmest thank you goes out to everyone who has been a part of our augmentation this 2018. And of course to my Ilocos Sur team, our last names are probably Hardwork now but keep going. In time, you will reap what you sow. Kudos to everyone! R E Y N O R R .
