Guest Information for Saltchuk Companies Our mailing address is not the best address for navigating to our new building. We have found that visitors using our mailing address in Google Maps or other mapping tools have had difficulty locating our building. Mapping tools often proclaim “you have arrived” when driving on the Alaskan Way Viaduct adjacent to our building. To avoid a frustrating travel experience, please see directions and alternate addresses below to plug in to navigation tools. King Street | Seattle 450 Alaskan Way South | Seattle Parking Garage Entrance Driving Directions/Guest Parking We offer validated parking for business guests in the 505 First Ave garage, located across the street from our building. After parking, bring your parking ticket with you and proceed to the first Garage Entrance at floor of the 505 First Ave building. You will exit the lobby through the 90 Railroad Ave S. doors marked 83 S. King on the north side of the foyer. Follow the main hallway, proceed directly across King Street, and enter the pedestrian walkway to access the 450 Alaskan building. Entering 450 Alaskan Pedestrian Walkway from King Street Until the viaduct comes down in mid-2019, the primary guest entrance to 450 Alaskan is located on the east side through a 450 Alaskan pedestrian walkway connecting S. King Street and S. Jackson streets, the building walkway is mid-way between First Ave South and Alaskan Way South. • Please note that the delivery entrance is also located within the pedestrian walkway and there may be delivery vehicles sharing the walkway. Don’t be deterred, you are in the right place! Elevators Pedestrian Walkway The elevators in our building are “intelligent” – requiring you to select at 80 S. King St. your floor before entering. When you arrive at the elevator bank in our building please select floor 7 and proceed to the elevator (A-D) that the Entrance to 450 Alaskan from the pedestrian walkway keypad indicates. Reception is open 8am-5pm, if you arrive before or after hours your host will need to meet you in the lobby. Visitor Check-In For safety reasons we ask all guests of the Saltchuk family of companies East entrance to to check in with reception on the 7th floor. 450 Alaskan from the pedestrian Our receptionist will give you a visitor badge and alert your host that you walkway have arrived. A visitor badge must be worn and visible at all times while on the premises. After your visit, your host will walk you to check out with reception. Questions?
