College Facts Scavenger Hunt Staff Directions for the College Facts Scavenger Hunt: You may put up however many posters around the school that you want; we suggest a mix of nearby campuses and the 2-year and 4-year colleges. There are 23 institution represented, so you may want to have students locate 5-6 per event (i.e. a few for GEAR UP week, a few for College Application Week, a few for FAFSA, a few during First Gen day). When a student brings back a completed form, take their photo (if your school collects parental permission for photos) and share it on social media using the hash tags for the event. For example, if you are using this as a part of college application week, you would use the #iapplied, or if during GEAR UP Week, #MTGEARUP. If you cannot post their photos, as an alternative, use their first name and post that they won the school-wide college scavenger hunt.
