Raghib also has considerable experience of advising on financial regulatory matters in the Kingdom, particularly in relation to the regulations of the Saudi Capital Market Authority.</p> <p>Prior to joining Freshfields in 2017, Raghib practised in the corporate department in the London office of another ‘Magic Circle’ law firm.</p> Recent work <p>Raghib's recent work includes advising:</p> <ul> <li><strong>J.P.
