For 7000 Dispensers Only Best Practices New Prohibit Dispense An updated Freestyle Operating System (FOS) is coming to your dispenser. With this FOS update, there will be an operational change to how you put your dispenser to sleep. WHEN TO ACTIVATE THE PROHIBIT DISPENSE FEATURE Once you receive the updated FOS, you will no longer use the Stand-By Switch to prohibit drinks from dispensing. Follow the instructions below on how to activate the new Prohibit Dispense feature. Doing this will put your dispenser into a “sleep mode” while ensuring your dispenser is able to receive ongoing software updates.
