The “ base of a successful training consists of a goalkeeping concept with key aspects and guidelines. My personal concept of goalkeeper coaching is based on the goalkeeper coaching qualification by the german football association and royal netherlands football association, scientific sports insights, personal experiences as goalkeeper and goalkeeper coach on junior, amateur and professional football level. Development and continuous improvement of specific goalkeeping techniques and fitness are key aspects of successful goalkeeper coaching as well as targeted tactics instructions and mental training. Reasonable training planning and didactics are guidelines.
