SHUTTLE ROUTES NCUR 2018 will provide complimentary shuttle service Shuttle service is available during the following times: from all NCUR-designated hotels. If you are not staying at an NCUR-designated hotel, you may still ride the Wednesday, April 4, 2018 shuttle that picks up at the nearest conference hotel. 12:00-7:00 p.m. Shuttle service will be provided in the morning and late afternoon and will run approximately every 10-15 Thursday, April 5, 2018 minutes. 6:30-9:30 a.m. 3:30-6:30 p.m. Shuttle service is allocated based on the estimated number of registrants staying in NCUR-designated Friday, April 6, 2018 hotel properties. Although specific pick-up and drop-off 6:30-9:30 a.m. times cannot be provided, we urge attendees to ride 3:30-6:30 p.m. the earliest shuttle possible to ensure a timely arrival on campus for the plenary sessions and/or presentation Saturday, April 7, 2018 sessions. The shuttle routes are color-coded, and each 6:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. of the buses will be marked with the route color.
