Gumlapur Village, Choppadandi Mandal, Karimnagar 505 531 has filed a Complaint dated 20-02-2019 which was received by this Commission on 22-02-2019 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / The Deputy Tahsildar, Choppadandi Mandal, Karimnagar District. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 08-11-2018 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. The Public Information Officer has not furnished the information to the Complainant. As the Complainant did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. In view of the above, the Complaint was taken on file for hearing. In view ofTSIC the Covid-19 Pandemic, the case is heard over phone on 3-7-2020. Both the PIO / Deputy Tahsildar, Choppadandi Mandal, Karimnagar District and the Complainant have responded. The Complainant submitted that she filed 6(1) application before the PIO requesting him to furnish information pertaining to survey no.764 Gumlapur village and requested the PIO as to what action was taken on her representation. The PIO submitted that vide letter no.B/498/2019 dated 22-10-2019 and letter B/498/2019 dated 1- 6-2020 available and held information was furnished to the Complainant. The PIO also submitted that the subject matter involved in the instant case is pending adjudication in the Courts. In view of the above, the Complaint is closed.
