Victorian Government Printer Country Fire Authority Act 1958 VARIATION OF FIRE DANGER PERIOD In pursuance of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958, I, Neil Graeme Bibby, Chief Executive Officer of the Country Fire Authority, after consultation with the Secretary to the Department of Sustainability and Environment, hereby vary the declaration of the Fire Danger Periods previously published in the Government Gazette by declaring that such Fire Danger Periods shall end in respect of the undermentioned Municipal Districts of Municipalities or parts of Municipalities specified. To terminate from 0100 hours on 10 April 2006: Shire of Hindmarsh – (remainder); Rural City of Horsham (northern part) – that part north of the line described by the following roads: Bow Lake Fire Access Road, Bow Lake Road, Jallumba/Clear Lake Road, Jallumba/Mockinya Road, Wonwondah/Toolondo Road, North East Wonwondah Road, Grampians Road, Wonwondah/Dadswells Bridge Road, Fulbrooks Road to the Wimmera River; Shire of West Wimmera – (part) that part north of the line described by the following roads: Elliots Road, Northern Break, McDonald Highway; Shire of Yarriambiack – (remainder); Shire of Campaspe; Shire of Loddon – (remainder); City of Manningham (those portions not included in the Metropolitan Fire District); Shire of Nillumbik (those portions not included in the Metropolitan Fire District); City of Banyule (those portions not included in the Metropolitan Fire District); Shire of Yarra Ranges (those portions not included in the Metropolitan Fire District); City of Maroondah (those portions not included in the Metropolitan Fire District); City of Knox.
