His name is closely connected to Messagesquisse the Orchestre de Paris, which he has conducted more than a hundred Dérive 1 pour six instruments times, and to the Philharmonie de Paris, whose main hall, now called Improvisation II sur Mallarmé “Grande Salle Pierre Boulez” was brought into existence due to his Notations pour orchestre I - IV continuous endeavor. Notations pour orchestre VII Two weeks after Boulez’s death, supported by young music students of the Conservatoire de Paris, the Orchestre de Paris joined forces Orchestra Orchestre de Paris with the Ensemble Intercontemporain and IRCAM (Institut de Ensemble Intercontemporain Recherche et de Coordination Acoustique/Musique), which were both founded and built up by Pierre Boulez, in order to pay him tribute. The Conductors Paavo Järvi programme features a varied selection of Boulez’s works, among them Matthias Pintscher his Initiale for seven brass players, his Improvisations sur Mallarmé and his Bruno Mantovani Notations pour orchestre. Three conductors take turns presenting the manifold facets of this exceptional oeuvre: Bruno Mantovani, Director Soprano Yeree Suh of the Conservatoire de Paris, Matthias Pintscher, Music Director of the Ensemble Intercontemporain, and Paavo Järvi, who has been Video Director Jean-Pierre Loisil Music Director of the Orchestre de Paris from 2010-2015 and who has conducted the fulminant opening concerts of the Philharmonie de Length: 87' Paris in 2015. The soprano parts are sung by the experienced Boulez Cat. no. A 015 50050 0000 interpreter Yeree Suh. Boulez was a composer in constant search of new territory, a conductor A co-production of CLC Productions, Mezzo with the keenest of ears and the protagonist of a new cultural policy.
