He is a former columnist for The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, and the former Wall Street editor of Condé Nast Portfolio. His work has appeared in The Atlantic, The Washington Post, The Baffler, and many other publications. Eisinger was a finalist for the Goldsmith Prize for Investigative Reporting in 2011 and 2015, and the winner of the Gerald Loeb Award for Commentary in 2015. He was named a New America fellow in 2016 and 2017. Eisinger holds a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Columbia College. Aaron Mendelsohn Adjunct Professor of Law, Fordham Law School Aaron Mendelsohn currently serves on EY’s fraud investigation and dispute services team in New York and an adjunct professor at Fordham Law where he teaches a course on international financial crimes. Mendelsohn has more than 15 years of fraud investigation and litigation experience, including regulating securities industry violations at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, prosecuting economic crimes at the U.S. Department of Justice, and investigating financial frauds at major international law firms. Mendelsohn received his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and his B.A. from Middlebury College. Alice BrightSky Senior Director, Compliance Programs, Fordham Law School Alice BrightSky is the Senior Director of Fordham Law’s compliance programs and manages all of the School’s compliance initiatives, including the LL.M., M.S.L., and executive education programs in compliance. She joined Fordham Law School from GE Capital, where she was responsible for the development, implementation and management of the company’s global anti-money laundering (AML) and related know-your-customer (KYC) programs. Prior to GE, she worked in various compliance and management positions for the Royal Bank of Scotland, BNP Paribas/Fortis, Fortis Bank, UBS, and Bear Stearns. BrightSky holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, magna cum laude, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. GUEST WI-FI ACCESS 1.
