As mentioned abO\·e. on the knitted fabrics and jerseys. it is recommended to do wi th whip s ti tch. SETTING UP AND RUNNING 1. How to fix the motor As shown in Fig. 1, it is the measure· menl of the location of constant run­ ning induction motor, made by Brother. (4 pole. 1.440/ 1,720 rpm, 250W). If you purchased this machine as head only. please use with the constant runni ng induction motor of 4 pole. 250W or more wattage and in this case, the motor mounting bracket is different from our Brother motor, thus, please (Fig. 1) fo ll ow the instruction below : 1 357 ~0 oW I (Fig. 2) (Fig. 3) Firstly, put the two speed pull ey which is supplied with the machine head to the motor shaft and sel the position apart 357mm from the centre of the machine. Set the position apart 107.5mm from the edge of the table top to the end of pulley as shown in F ig 2. Drill the holes at the correct position. Secondly, put the motor to table top. Al that time, please make sure to insert the washers between table top and motor mounting bracket and fasten securely with set bolts. The correct motor rotation
