CSE is one of Canada’s key security and intelligence organizations, focused on collecting foreign signals intelligence in support of the Government of Canada’s priorities, and on helping protect the computer networks and information of greatest importance to Canada. When the Government of Canada undertook this challenging project, they turned to PPP because of the performance-based approach to building and maintaining critical infrastructure and facilities. The new headquarters has been occupied for 18 months and is supporting the CSE mission. This session will examine best practices for future complex projects.
