PROGRAM LICENSE AGREEMENT The program Vistapro is copyrighted by Hypercube Engineering, and the related user manual is copyrighted by Virtual Reality Laboratories, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transfer or transmit this program or the related manual except as is expressly provided in this agreement. You have the non-exclusive right to use this program on all of the Commodore Amiga computers within a single household. You may make as many backup copies of this program as you like, as long as you guarantee that they are not in use in more than one household at a time. Businesses should contact VRLI for site licensing. This program is sold as entertainment, without warranty as to its suitability to be used for any other purpose. Virtual Reality Laboratories, Inc. warrants to the original licensee that the diskette(s) on which Vistapro is recorded shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. If such a covered defect occurs during the first sixty days, return the disk to VRLI, 2341 Ganador Court, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, within five (5) days after the sixty day limit, and wewillreplaceitfree ofcharge. Replacement after the sixty day limit will be done at the rate of $10.00 per disk to cover costs of media, shipping and handling. Virtual Reality Laboratories, Inc.' sliabilityis limited to the replacement of defective media. This license agreement shall be gov­ erned by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California. Commodore Amiga, Inc. makes no warranties either ex­ pressed or implied, regarding the enclosed computer software package, its merchantability, or its fitness for any particular purpose.
