Students, staff, and faculty came together to honor those who serve our country. Festivities included a special flag ceremony remembering those who gave their lives for freedom, a special networking fair featuring local businesses and guest speakers, and an end-of-the-week Memorial Day Block Party. VETERANS DAY on campus Full Sail began the Veterans Day celebrations with a Thanksgiving-style dinner in the Full Sail Live Venue. Veterans and their families dined on classic Thanksgiving dishes and participated in a raffle and welcomed a speech by Digital Cinematography Program Director Bob Truett. The festivities continued the next day with activities, food, and music on the backlot. Students received special t-shirts signifying their military affiliation, care of Full Sail and the Veteran Student Union (VSU).
