This program will be conducted under the rules and regulations of the, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, the United States Trotting Association and Plainridge Park Casino. 2. Nominations remain open throughout the preliminary legs, horses must start in at least one leg to be eligible for the final event. 3. All events will be raced at one mile – one dash, with post positions to be drawn by lot. Purse distribution: 50%,25%,12%,8% and 5%. 4. Declarations close according to the current Draw Schedule listed on the Weekly Condition sheet. Each event must have at least eighteen (18) eligible nominations or the event may be cancelled. 5. Should less than six (6) betting interests declare for any event it may be called off. 6. Starters must meet the existing qualifying standards. 7. The top nine (9) highest money earners in the legs will be eligible to the final. Coupled entries will not be allowed in the final. 8. Plainridge Park Casino reserves the right to reject any entry in preliminary legs and finals and may declare off any event not filling satisfactorily. 9. In case of any act of God or cancellation due to weather or any other circumstance, the legs and final may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of Plainridge Park Casino. .
