NAI Partners is looking for a Valuation Analyst/Associate to help cultivate their recently created and growing valuation and appraisal service offering. The applicant will effectively complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects which typically include analysis of comparable sales and leases, building and analyzing pro forma income statements, and developing replacement cost analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare thorough and timely commercial real estate appraisals • Develop market analysis including demographics, local area development, absorption and vacancy trends, and market rental rate trends • Develop tax, zoning, and highest and best use analysis • Analyze and confirm market data including comparable transactions • Estimate market rental rates • Conduct market surveys • Perform lease abstracts • Additional duties as requested by management Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field of study • 1 - 5 years of experience in similar position • Trainee or State Certified General Appraiser license • Experience in appraisal/valuation services • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (proficient in Excel) • Advanced analytical & writing skills • Experience with report writing software a plus • Experience with CoStar, RCA, STDB, Salesforce/Apto, MRI, Yardi, and other data analytical tools a plus • ARGUS experience is a plus • Business development experience is a plus Skills & Requirements: • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with various deadlines • Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Able to work within a team environment • Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development • Self-motivated and ambitious • Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization • Possess interpersonal communication skills both oral & written • Ability to communicate with clients Benefits: • Medical insurance • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Company 401(k) .
