Each family is expected to help out in the running of each rodeo, each day, whether it be opening a gate, helping set poles, helping rake poles, taking ropes off at catch pen or announcing. COPWRA is strictly a volunteer organization. Our directors and secretary have done their jobs ordering stock and setting up the arena and barriers; it is the rest of the organizations responsibility to run rodeos.
