Garnish with a lemon twist and grate a little nutmeg on top. Imperdibile Italian Drinks - Cocktail Book 17 LUXURY COCKTAIL Ingredients 6cl Gin Lù (double cask aged gin) 1 lump of sugar 3 drop of Peychaud’s Bitter 5 mint leaves Imperdibile Soda Water Black pepper Grapefruit peel A refined and elegant cocktail with an aged gin and soda water. The fresh mint and citrus fruits balance the spiciness of black pepper, while the bitter balances the sugar, enhancing the notes of the gin Preparation Use either a highball or julep glass. Put the lump of sugar at the bottom and add 3 drops of Peychaud’s Bitter on top.
