HCVT conducted, and continues to conduct, research into its relations with the above-captioned debtors and debtors in possession (the “Debtors”), their creditors, and other parties in interest in these chapter 11 cases. Moreover, since filing the Initial Declaration, the above-captioned debtors and debtors in possession revised the list of Potential Parties in Interest to include additional parties and information (the “Supplemental Potential Parties in Interest”), annexed hereto as Schedule 1. In connection with HCVT’s continued research and a search of the Supplemental Potential Parties in Interest, I am informed that HCVT formerly represented the following parties on matters unrelated to these chapter 11 cases since September 24, 2017 (the list of such clients is referred to herein as the “Supplemental Client Match List”): (1) All Metals Processing; (2) AMG Torrance, LLC; (3) Ansett Aircraft Spares & Services; (4) Coast Plating, Inc.; and (5) Embee Processing, LLC. 4.
