Terms & conditions are given below. i; (A) Scope of Work: 1. Description of job as given in table below. S. Fabricator's scope of work shall terminate only when the items are delivered in good condition, without any damage. (B) Terms and conditions: 1 . The Supplier shall procure the required material for the OFHC Copper Gaskets, at his own cost and shall be responsible for the quality of the same. The supplier should quote for Fabrication and Supply of the items, including the cost of the materials. NO free issue material will be provided by BARC. 2. Material Composition Test Certificate, of all the materials, to be used for fabrication, shall be provided by the vendor, prior to starting the fabrication job. Only after inspection and approval by the Purchasers' representative, shall the fabrication be started. 3. The fabrication of the item shall be subjected to inspection by our Scientists I Engineers at the supplier's works. Necessary inspection facilities should be provided to them during fabrication at the supplier's premises. 4. The purchaser reserves the right to make, wherever found necessary, minor modifications in the design and minor changes in the fabrication drawings and such changes shall be considered as within the scope of specified work and shall not be considered as extra work. Additional charges will not be admissible for such minor modifications,if any. 5. The quotations should have the minimum validity period of two months. Page 1 of8 .
