North East Hampshire Youth League Honours 1970 to the Present Day 1970 – 1971 SEASON. There was a strong Cub Scouts league in the area and, with the Football Association sanctioning organised Sunday league football for the first time, the League was formed for the 1970 – 1971 season with 3 age groups under the banner of the Farnborough & District Boys League.
