CONCLUSION: ¾LASER INTERNATIONAL SUPPORTS THE DECADE OF ACTIONS FOR ROAD SAFETY; ITS STRATEGIES AND MULTIANNUAL PROGRAMS HAVE REVEALED THEIR EFFECTIVENESS FROM LOCAL TO INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. ¾NEVERTHELESS DESPITE ITS LOCAL, REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMITMENTS AND NEW GOVERNMENTS WILLING RAISED, IF STRONG AND CONCRETE PARTNERSHIP IN DEVELOPMENT DOESN’T COME TRUE, THE ASSESSMENT WILL WORSENS IN MANY EMERGING COUNTRIES. ¾AS WE ALL KNOW THAT THE BURDEN OF ROAD DEATHS IN WEST AFRICAN COUNTRIES AFFECTS UNDOUBTEDLY THEIR DEVELOPMENT, DECLARATIONS OF INTENTS SHOULD LEAVE THE PLACE NOW TO CONCRETE ACTION. THAT’S WHAT LASER TRY TO STICK TO. SO JUST MAKE IT EFFECTIVE AND POSSIBLE DEAR COLLABORATORS TOGETHER WHAT WE CALL NOW IS NOT FOR « HELP », BUT A NEW STRONG AND CLEAR PARTNERSHIP.
