Mr. Rosenfield has more than 20 years experience in investment banking, private equity investing, and corporate operations and was, most recently, managing director at BMO Capital Markets, where he led the firm’s information services and business media coverage efforts. At Petsky Prunier, Mr. Rosenfield’s investment banking coverage will focus on information services and business media, including digital media and marketing services. Mr. Rosenfield began his career in operations with business management positions as Scholastic and Simon & Schuster, a division of CBS, Inc.
