Mr. Rosenfield has more than 20 years experience in investment banking, private equity investing, and corporate operations and was, most recently, managing director at BMO Capital Markets, where he led the firm’s information services and business media coverage efforts. At Petsky Prunier, Mr. Rosenfield’s investment banking coverage will focus on information services and business media, including digital media and marketing services. While at BMO, he originated nearly $2 billion of transaction value across multiple verticals, including healthcare, hospitality, financial, and real estate, among other industries. “Petsky Prunier’s unique banking platform, with its industry focus coupled with a full-service model executing both traditional sell-side M&A transactions as well as minority equity and alternative financings, is highly complementary to my experience,” noted Seth Rosenfield. “I was also impressed by the firm’s high volume of successfully completed engagements, which was underscored by Petsky Prunier being Bloomberg’s most active middle market investment bank in 2011 for Internet and Advertising transactions and more than 50 deals completed since the beginning of 2010.” Prior to joining BMO in 2006, Seth spent eight years at Veronis Suhler Stevenson (VSS), a leading merchant bank serving the media and information industries. At VSS, Seth led sell-side and buy-side mandates across multiple media segments, including transactions for Canon Communications, Hearst, Quebecor, Reader’s Digest, and The Walt Disney Company. Mr. Rosenfield began his career in operations with business management positions as Scholastic and Simon & Schuster, a division of CBS, Inc. He has both an MBA and a B.S., Finance and International Business, from New York University. “We are pleased to welcome Seth to our senior team,” commented Norm Colbert, partner and managing director at Petsky Prunier. “Seth’s deep industry experience, hands-on style, and successful track record dovetails well with our industry coverage and focus on managing each of our engagements to a successful outcome.” About Petsky Prunier LLC Petsky Prunier is one of the leading investment banks in the internet, marketing, media, technology, information, healthcare, and service industries.
