It is responsible for design and realisation of propulsion systems for remote sensing and communication satellites and other scientific missions. ZesE, BENGALUR U 5. The major objectives of the centre is to provide tracking support for all the satellite and launch vehicle missions of lSRO. LSTRAC BENGALURr 6. It's a premier institute with the objective of capacity building in Remote Sensing and Geo-informatics and their applications through education and training programmes at postgraduate level. ZIRS,DEHRADUN 7. It is responsible for design, development and production of electro-optic sensors and optics for spacecraft use.The first Indian Satellite Aryabhata was RUINI fabricated here. EOS BENGAL URr_ 8. It is responsible for the supply of Storable Liquid Propellants for ISRO's launch vehicles and satellite programmes. IPRC MAHEZNDRAGIRI The Laboratory for Electro-Optics Systems (LEOS), Bengaluru 1SRO'sfirst satellite, Aryabhata, Centre (SAC), Ahmedabad was launched by the Soviet Space Applications Dhawan Centre SHAR, Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh Union on April 19, 1975. Rohini Satish Space (SDSC); Remote DehraDun was the first satellite to be Indian Institute of Sensing (lIRS), Vikram Sarabhai Space Center, Trivandrum placed in orbit by an Indian- made launch vehicle and was Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC), Bengaluru launched on July 18, 1980. ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), Mahendragiri ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) Bengaluru O Pineworld (26) .
