Then take the B173 towards Zwickau (Zwickauer Straße). Continue along Zwickauer Straße. At the 3rd set of traffic lights (distinctive property on the left: red and yellow brick building with turrets), turn left along Goethestraße. Continue along Goethestraße until you get to the roundabout. Stay in the right lane as you enter the roundabout and take the second exit along the B169 in the direction of Stollberg (follow the tram lines). At the next set of traffic lights, turn left onto Haydnstraße. Shortly afterwards (approx. 200 m) turn right onto Lisztstraße, then keep right until you reach Richard-Wagner-Straße. The Villa Esche car park is signposted from here. From the A72 motorway Leave A72 at the Chemnitz Süd (Chemnitz South) exit along the B173 (Neefestraße). At the traffic lights, turn right onto the Südring (south orbital route). From the Südring, take the exit onto the B169 (Stollberger Straße) and then follow the signs for Stadtzentrum (city centre). After approx. 3 km, you will see a branch of Commerzbank on the left hand side, followed by a signpost. Turn right onto Richard-Wagner-Straße. After approx. 25 m, you will come to the entrance for Villa Esche (left). From Chemnitz Stadtzentrum (city centre) Travel along Bahnhofstraße in the direction of Zwickau until you reach the traffic lights, junction Bahnhofstraße/Zwickauer Straße (B173). Here, turn left onto Zwickauer Straße. Continue along Zwickauer Straße.
