Issue 53 September 25, 2018 MOBILITY RUSH 53 TRANSIT | MOBILITY ON DEMAND | PARTNERSHIPS DCTA LAUNCHES MICROTRANSIT PROGRAM PROVIDENCE ROLLS OUT JUMP BIKESHARE Pilot utilizing TransLoc to provide on-demand transportation in Denton, TX The City of Providence and Uber partner for bikeshare pilot in Providence, RI Launched on August 27, 2018 (service until: January 14, 2019) Launched on September 6, 2018 Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA), in collaboration with Ford The City of Providence, with the support of founding sponsors, Lifespan and Smart Mobility microtransit technology provider, TransLoc, has launched a Tufts Health Plan, has partnered with Uber to launch JUMP bikeshare pilot program for free mictrostransit service: Denton Enterprise Airport On- service in Providence, Rhode Island.
