Wattmeter: a Wattmeter Is an Electrical Instrument Which Is Used to Measure the Electric Power of Any Electrical Circuit

Wattmeter: A wattmeter is an electrical instrument which is used to measure the electric power of any electrical circuit. Unit of measurement is watt. The internal construction of a wattmeter is such that it consists of two coils. These coils are known as current and voltage coils. The coil that is connected in series with the circuit is known as the current coil. As can be understood from here, the voltage coil is connected in parallel with the circuit. LCR meter: These devices are used to measure coil, capacitor and resistance. The "LCR" consists of combining the references used for Coil (L), capacitor (C), and resistor (R). There are portable LCR meters which are generally easy to use, table mounted and laboratory versions. LCR meters can make very small and very large value resistance measurements and capacity measurements. Oscilloscope: Oscilloscope is a measuring device that enables to see the changes in electrical voltage depending on time. Normally the voltage can be measured with a voltmeter, but the value shown by the voltmeter is only the numerical value of the voltage. On the other hand, the oscilloscope visually presents the change of voltage over time on a two-axis graph. Oscilloscopes are of two types, digital and analog. In today's conditions, digital ones attract more attention. The vertical (y) axis of the image formed on the oscilloscope screen shows the amplitude, or intensity, of the measured signal. The horizontal axis shows time. Function Generator: A function generator is a signal (AC) generator that is able to generate electrical waveforms. Electrical waveforms can be in sine wave, square wave, triangular wave and saw tooth shapes. The signal generator is often used in testing receivers, testing amplifiers and repairing these devices and also used as signal source. Function generators are classified according to their functions (Sweep, continuous wave etc.) and frequencies (Low frequency, radio frequency etc.). These devices are generally used in situations where waves are required. This generated wave is in a certain range. This range is between Hz and MHz. There are two concepts regarding AC signal: amplitude and frequency. The amplitude of a signal is its peak to peak width. Frequency is the number of periods per unit time. Frequency and period are inversely proportional to each other( ). .
