All candidates must: Have a High School Diploma or GED Demonstrate a strong customer service outlook Be over 18, authorized to work in the United States, and NOT previously employed at the Barclays Center All positions are part-time. They pay at least $13.30/hour, or more with specialized skills and experience. Guest Services Usher Ticket Taker: Greet and direct guests, scan tickets, ushering, conduct suite sweeps, provide wheel chair escorts, operate elevators, and respond to guests’ questions, comments and complaints. Must demonstrate a strong understanding of good customer service. Licensed Security Officers (and Supervisors): Provide a welcoming, safe and secure environment for employees, guests, performers, vendors, visitors, and contractors with excellent customer service. Requires New York State security guard license and 8/16-hour and Fire Guard certificates. Facilities Conversion Crew Members (and Supervisors): Set up and break down arena for various events. Requires general labor and facilities maintenance skills, including hand and power tools, as well as use of mechanical vehicles. Overnight shifts are required. Janitorial/Housekeeping Team: Maintain a clean and attractive environment before, during and after events.
