The journal of the previous legislative day was read and approved. INTRODUCTION OF BILLS The following bills were introduced: H. B. No. 332 - Representatives West, Denson. To amend section 2744.09 and to enact section 2307.48 of the Revised Code to provide that qualified immunity does not apply in civil actions against peace officers employed by a political subdivision who, under color of law, subject any individual to a deprivation of rights and to provide for indemnification by the political subdivision of a peace officer against whom judgment is found. H. B. No. 333 - Representatives Miranda, White. Cosponsors: Representatives Carfagna, Ingram, Troy, Smith, K., Smith, M., Weinstein, Miller, J., Miller, A., Brent, Young, T., Sheehy, Sobecki. To enact section 3319.091 of the Revised Code to require the Department of Education to make recommendations for a job description for school counselors and to designate at least one staff member as a school counselor liaison. Said bills were considered the first time. REPORTS OF STANDING AND SELECT COMMITTEES AND BILLS FOR SECOND CONSIDERATION Representative Weinstein submitted the following report: The standing committee on Energy and Natural Resources to which was referred H. RE: URGE CERTAIN OFFICIALS - AMEND CLEAN AIR ACT/AIR QUALITY RULES.
