This is the policy that the Women’s Officer and Women’s Committee are responsible for implementing and is sometime known as ‘Live Policy’. Policy Lapse Policy Lapses in 2 circumstances 1. If a subsequent policy over-rides it. 2. After 3 years unless Women’s Conference votes to renew it. Policy passed at Women’s Conference 2013 will lapse at the end of Women’s Conference 2016.
