I encourage every player to use this publication on a day-to-day basis and become familiar with the policies and procedures of the Web.com Tour. Since many of you are newcomers to the Web.com Tour, it is important to understand that this publication is the final authority on Web.com Tour operations and policies. Further, we expect each player to conduct himself to the highest professional standards, and to learn his responsibilities to fellow members, spon- sors, volunteers, spectators and staff. The Web.com Tour is a highly competitive and growing TOUR which is gaining stature within professional golf. We will continue to elevate this TOUR’s status whenever possible going forward. Jay Monahan Commissioner PGA TOUR 2 SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO THE 2018 WEB.COM TOUR PLAYER HANDBOOK / TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS 1. Introduction of PGA TOUR Integrity Program which among other things prohibits players from betting on professional golf. 2. Internet Policy – Added to Handbook 3. Player Guidelines for Social Media – Added to Handbook 4. Alcohol Policy – Added to Handbook 5. Player Endorsement Policy – No sponsorships allowed by FedEx competitors, United Parcel Service (UPS) and DHL Express (DHL) as long as FedEx is the season-long points sponsor on the PGA TOUR. 6. Amendments to the Pace of Play policy 7. Tournament Winners – Tournament winners are exempt for one season following the end of the season in which they won the event. If a Tournament Winner on the Web.com Tour gains exempt status on the PGA TOUR following the end of the Web.com Tour season in which they won the event but does not finish the subsequent PGA TOUR season inside the top 150 on the FedExCup Points List, then that player will play out of the Tournament Winners category for the following season on the Web.com Tour. 8. Groupings Category Changes as listed below: A. All members of the PGA TOUR, Web.com Tour and those players with combined PGA TOUR and Web.com Tour official earnings of more than $750,000 excluding open qualifiers and sponsor exemptions. B. All other players including open qualifiers, sponsor exemptions and non-members. 9.
