The Project proposes the construction of approximately 5,684 square feet of commercial floor area and up to 179 residential apartment units. The proposed Project site is located at 10850 Riverside Drive, which is at the southwest corner of the Lankershim Boulevard and Riverside Drive intersection. The Project site location and general vicinity are shown in Figure
