(§ 1304(g)(1)) • Develop a checklist in consultation with participating agencies, to identify natural, cultural and historic resources in project area. (§ 1304(e)(5)) • Develop an environmental document sufficient to satisfy the requirements for any Federal approval, action, or permit required for the project. (§ 1304(d)) • Consider and respond to comments received from participating agencies on matters within the special expertise or jurisdiction of those agencies.
