The Pennsylvania native racked up eight points (3g/2a) this past weekend as the Red Flash defeated MAAC opponents Canisius and Niagara. McKibben’s offensive prowess was critical in both contests as she had a hand in both game winning goals. The junior forward UPCOMING SCHEDULE scored the game winner in overtime against Canisius Friday and then dished out the assist on Sunday’s game winner versus Niagara. Maros de Carvalho’s first career goal in the 55th minute proved to be an important one as it sent Friday’s game against the Golden Griffins into overtime. The Brazilian forward put the exclamation point on her performance by assisting on teammate Tesa McKibben’s game winner in the sixth minute of the first extra session. Maros de Carvalho took eight shots on the weekend, six of which were on goal.
