Peter GLUCKMAN, Chair of INGSA Mr. Kimura joined Fujitsu Limited in 1981. He spent a summer at Stanford University as a visiting scholar in 1995, and served as Visiting Professor at Senegal the University of Tokyo for four years from 2002, and at Kyushu University in 2009. Mr. Kimura holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Tokyo. He was a Vice Rector and Senior Vice-Rector of the United Nations University from 2008 to 2016.
