The works include new constructions and also refurbishment of the existing area: the airport’s passenger capacity will be increased and the quality of services will be further improved. BGY’s new arrivals area, inaugurated on 4th August 2014, has been extended from 1.620 sqm to 2.295 sqm. The boarding hall will also see a significant extension, with more waiting areas and retailing activities. Inauguration of extended departures: by May 2015.
