
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES Sunday, June 16 Hyatt Regency Valencia / Six Flags Magic Mountain Hyatt Regency Valencia - Grand ABC Ballroom 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. ACE General Store open for business. 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Event check-in, banquet table reservations, ACE Photo Contest entry, Midway Olympics team registration, Rubber Ducky Regatta sales, ACE Southern California table, ACE membership table, preordered Coaster Con T-shirts pickup and vendor tables. Six Flags Magic Mountain 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. Six Flags Magic Mountain open to attendees and public. For late arrivals who did not check in at hotel, inform the parking attendant that you are checking in for the ACE coaster convention and picking up your tickets at will call. Event packets will be available for pick up at will call from 5 – 7 p.m. for late arrivals. 6 – 8 p.m. Welcome dinner – East Picnic Pavilion located in the Main Gate Plaza. Menu includes steak, shrimp, chicken, grilled asparagus, baked potatoes, green salad, fresh-baked cookies, soft drinks and cash bar serving beer and wine (two complimentary adult beverages included – all must show ID – minimum age 21). Vegetarian option provided to those who requested it when registering for the event. Notify a server for vegetarian needs. The servers can also point out gluten-free options. Raffle tickets available to purchase for Goliath lift walk. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to climb steep stairway. Twelve winners will be announced at dinner. Welcome from Park President Neal Thurman. 9:30 – 11 p.m. ERT on Superman: Escape from Krypton, Gold Rusher, Tatsu, Riddler's Revenge and Helpful Honda Express (funicular railway to the top of the hill). Justice League: Battle For Metropolis “lights on” walking tour along the track area. Snacks available in Mining Town, next to Tatsu. Monday, June 17 Six Flags Magic Mountain 7:15 a.m. Parking lot opens – For late arrivals who did not check in at hotel, inform the parking attendant that you are here for the ACE coaster convention and picking up your tickets. 7:30 a.m. Coffee and breakfast items available for purchase in the park at Plaza Café. 7:45 – 8:30 a.m. Event check-in for late arrivals at front of park. 7:45 – 9:30 a.m. 17th Annual ACE Coaster Con Midway Olympics – Boardwalk/Center Ring Games. 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. ERT on Riddler's Revenge, New Revolution, Superman: Escape from Krypton, Justice League: Battle for Metropolis, CraZanity and Helpful Honda Express (funicular railway to the top of the hill). Please note that the park opens to general public season passholders at 10:15 a.m. 9:45 a.m. Goliath lift walk for 12 raffle winners – meet at Goliath entrance. 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. Six Flags Magic Mountain open to attendees and public. 10:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. ACE Lounge – Paradise picnic pavilion (located by Road Runner Express – area closest to the sand volleyball court). Soft drink stations are available all day. ACE Photo Contest viewing and voting – Paradise picnic pavilion. Please be advised that the photo contest will close during lunch hours. Noon – 1:30 p.m. Lunch – Paradise picnic pavilion (located by Road Runner Express). Menu includes cheeseburgers, pulled pork, chicken strips, mac and cheese, baked beans, corn cobbetts, potato salad, cole slaw, ice cream sandwiches, brownies and soft drinks. Vegetarian option provided to those who requested it when registering for the event. Notify a server for vegetarian needs. The servers can also point out gluten-free options. 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Check in for Castle Park and SeaWorld San Diego add-on days – Paradise picnic pavilion. 1:30 p.m. Group photo – meet at Valencia Falls/Main Gate. 2 – 3:30 p.m. Backstage tour I – meet at the Jelly Belly store at the Main Gate Plaza. There are two time slots for the tour – 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. They are both the same tours. Please check your event packet to identify the starting time of your tour, which is indicated by the wristband color provided: blue for 2 p.m. tour and yellow for 3:30 p.m. tour. Everyone will be split into multiple groups. You will tour the West Coast Racers construction area, Willoughby's Fright Fest maze, a walk through the Cycle Shop, a walk around the perimeter of Twisted Colossus on the service road and a surprise photo op. 3:30 – 5 p.m. Backstage tour II – same instructions as Backstage tour I above. 9:30 – 11 p.m. ERT on Twisted Colossus, Scream, Goliath, Batman The Ride, Lex Luthor: Drop of Doom, Wonder Woman Lasso of Truth and The Flash Speed Force. Snacks available at Twisted ‘Wiches in the Screampunk District. Please note that the park opens to general public season passholders at 10:15 a.m. 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. Six Flags Magic Mountain open to attendees and public. 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. ACE Lounge – Paradise picnic pavilion (located by Road Runner Express – area closest to the sand volleyball court). Menu includes BBQ beef brisket, oven-roasted chicken, cheese enchiladas, Spanish rice, potato chips, fresh fruit, green beans, macaroni salad, popsicles, ice cream bars, soft drinks and cash bar serving beer and wine. Vegetarian option provided to those who requested it when registering for the event. Notify a server for vegetarian needs. The servers can also point out gluten-free options. Midway Olympics medal winners, Rubber Ducky Regatta winners, Justice League contest winner, silent auction and host plaque presentation. 9:30 – 11 p.m. ERT on all operating coasters (except Magic Flyer) plus CraZanity, Grand Carousel, Justice League: Battle for Metropolis and Helpful Honda Express (funicular railway to the top of the hill). Snacks available in the Full Throttle plaza. Wednesday, June 19 Knott's Berry Farm / Knott's Berry Farm Hotel 7 a.m. East lot parking opens – short side ramp is located on the northbound side entrance of Beach Blvd just as you pass Knott's Soak City between Crescent Avenue and La Palma Avenue. If you are staying at the Knott's Berry Farm Hotel, park at the hotel and let the parking attendant know you are checking in so no parking fee will be assessed. 8:15 a.m. Security checkpoint opens near front entrance. 9 a.m. Coffee and breakfast items available for purchase at Coffee Hut (Boardwalk), GT Bakery (Ghost Town), Sutters Icee (Ghost Town), Cave Inn (Camp Snoopy), Camp Snoopy Fruit (Camp Snoopy) and Fiesta Lemonade (Fiesta Village). 9 – 10 a.m. ERT on HangTime, Xcelerator, Coast Rider, Sierra Sidewinder, Montezooma's Revenge, Jaguar!, Supreme Scream plus other select rides in Boardwalk, Fiesta Village and Camp Snoopy locations. Please be advised that general public season passholders also will have access to these areas starting at 9:30 a.m. 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Knott's Berry Farm open to attendees and public. 10:30 a.m. Group photo – meet at Wagon Camp in Ghost Town. 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. Lunch at Picnic Center – Lagoon (food served 12:30 – 2 p.m.) Please note that you need to exit the park and walk across the street where the traffic attendant is located. Continue walking and go through tunnel. When you exit the tunnel, the picnic center will be located to your right. Menu includes Mrs. Knott's famous fried chicken, boysenberry BBQ meatballs, baked ziti (vegetarian), mashed potatoes and country gravy, steamed corn on the cob, California green beans with lemon butter and sunflower seeds, boysenberry pie and soft drinks. Please notify server if you requested a gluten-free entree. Silent auction and host plaque presentation. 1:15 – 1:45 p.m. Gun Fighters – Lagoon. 2:30 – 3:15 p.m.
