Please note that, consistent with the Enterprise Real Property Program requirements under Minnesota Statutes §16B.245, the Department of Administration regularly maintains an inventory of all state-owned properties. Such data is public information and available upon request. As such, the Legislature could consider repealing this reporting requirement, or simply require that the Commissioner maintain such data rather than annually report.
