The CRF has requested that the agency approve the sales of wine and beer at the SCERY to complement food sales. Under the current agreement approved by the Deputy Director in December 2004, CRF’s permitted use is for a restaurant, gift shop, recreational equipment rental, and sale of miscellaneous items that support the CRF’s activities and the public use of Iron Horse State Park. Staff is proposing that the Commission authorize amendment of the agreement to allow beer and wine sales for on-site consumption to complement food sales.
