EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 1. The Cambodia Rural Road Improvement Project is classified as Environmental Category B and an Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) has been conducted as part of project preparation in accordance with the Safeguard Policy Statement 2009 (SPS) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). 2.
