
KRUSHARI wind power plant LOCATION • Krushari municipality, Dobrich region • 4km South of the Romanian border • 60km West of the Black Sea coast and Port Varna (East and West) • Close to the “Hemus” highway • Closest Urban areas: ✓ Krushari village (people1741) ✓ Polkovnik Dyakovo (351 people) ✓ Dobrin village (185 people) ✓ Koriten village (356 people). GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS • 70 wind turbine locations (purchased and rented) • Energy production ✓ 531,664 MWh/year using Vestas V 112, 3MW, 120 HH ✓ 592,351 MWh/year using Vestas V 126, 3MW, 120 HH • Capacity factor ✓ 28.9 % capacity factor using Vestas V 112, 3MW, 120 HH ✓ 32.2 % capacity factor using Vestas V 126, 3MW, 120 HH • More than 2250 full load hours per year in both configurations POWER GRID CONNECTION • Three “High Voltage” power grid lines available ✓ 110kV in proximity to Krushari village; ✓ Krushari substation – 110/20kV; ✓ 400kV and 750kV lines in proximity to Dobrin village. • There is also a possibility for future interconnection to a substation planned for a wind park whose development is already in progress in the vicinity.
