Oxygen I.P. Nitrous Oxide I.P. on hire basis and Carbon-di-Oxide on sale” for a further period of 1 (one) month with effect from 01-01-2011 or till finalisation of the next whichever is earlier. 2. He is requested to take necessary measures to finalise the next tender strictly within the period of extension approval at para-1 above. 3. This order is issued in anticipation of the concurrence of the Fianance Department. 4. The para-4 of this Department Memo No. H/TDE/928/5S-64/2005 dated 23/12/2010 will be substituted by “The cost of hiring of cylinder owned by selected suppliers is fixed @ Rs. 15/- per cylinder (on any size)”. 5. Execution of agreements with the C.M.O.H.’s of the districts & Dy. D.H.S. (E&S), for Calcutta with submission of Bank Guarantee @ Rs. 25000/-(Rupees Twenty five thousand) only for each district all to be done immediately for finalisation. Dy.
