Shareholders’ meeting and change to the financial calendar BioDue S.p.A. has made a Shareholders’ meeting call on April 29th, 2019 at 4:00 pm time and, if necessary, on April 30th, 2019 on second call, for the separate Financial Statements as of December 31st 2018 examination and approval, for the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31st 2018 presentation, and for the appointment of the Board of Statutory auditors. The full notice of call, published in the daily newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" and the documents relating to the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting are available on the Company’s website www.biodue.com, in the Investor Relations section (according to the law, they are also filed at the Company’s registered office).
