On April 11, 2012 Baylor University was placed on three years of probation by the NCAA which will conclude in April of 2015. Additionally, Baylor has a five year “re-peat violator” window that will conclude in April of 2017. Therefore, during the next five years Baylor is subject to enhanced penalties by the NCAA if major infractions occur. All those affiliated with Baylor University should take this matter very seriously and understand the consequences of future impropriety.
