Previous meetings • Robbie Keane scored a 13-minute hat-trick as Ireland beat Gibraltar 7-0 in their first Group D meeting on 11 October 2014. • That 7-0 win – and Poland's and Germany's 7-0 triumphs against Gibraltar – remains the most substantial victory in UEFA EURO 2016 qualifying to date. • Had they scored one more goal, Ireland would have matched the their biggest previous qualifying win: 8-0 against Malta in October 1983.
