TSS does not charge additional levies. This means that all school activities, such as curriculum activities, GPS sporting events, music ensembles, which are part of the normal school program, are included in the tuition fees. This also includes transport, camps and excursions (including the Year 6 Canberra trip). Activities outside the all-inclusive fee would be additional tours, Sports Club lessons for Gymnastics, Swimming or Tennis and individual music lessons. Registration Fee The Registration Fee per student is $200 (incl. GST), and $100 for every sibling thereafter. Non-refundable. Enrolment Fee The Enrolment Fee payable prior to commencement of the student is $1,300. Non-refundable. The non-refundable enrolment fee includes life membership of the Old Southportonians’ Association (OSA), enabling your son to enjoy the social and business networking opportunities of being a TSS Old Boy and OSA member. School’s Fees Policy The Fees Notice should be read in conjunction with the School’s Fees Policy. PLEASE NOTE Tuition and Boarding Fees are charged on a term basis. Paying Fees in Advance Should you wish to pay school fees in advance, please contact the Fees Coordinator. Occasional Boarding Weekly $559 per week (3 meals/day and accommodation). Student Accident Insurance The School pays an insurance premium for an Accident Protection Plan managed by Willis Australia Ltd. This cover is available 24 hours 365 days per year, but is limited to School activities and/or official organised activities of the School. The benefits under the policy are limited and are listed in the annual brochure emailed to all parents at the commencement of the year. As the benefits under the Accident Protection Plan are limited, the School strongly recommends you take out additional accident and health cover for students at the School. Goods & Services Tax The supply of educational courses is GST-free and this includes excursions or field trips, course materials, but only if directly related to the curriculum, and excludes any food component.
