The Huskers will begin the road trip at Northwestern on Sept. 9 Iowa State W, 3-0 (25-22, 25-18, 25-16) Friday at 7 p.m. in a match that will be streamed online with a BTN Plus subscription. For the second straight year, Nebraska will play Northwestern at Evanston Township High School, as the Wildcats’ permanent home of Welsh- Husker Invite (Lincoln, Neb.) Ryan Arena is under renovation. The Huskers will then make a quick turnaround and play No. 7 Illinois on Saturday Sept. 14 Central Michigan W, 3-0 (25-18, 25-15, 25-11) at 7 p.m. at Huff Hall in Champaign. That match will be televised on BTN and streamed online at BTN2GO.com. Sept. 14 New Mexico W, 3-1 (23-25, 25-12, 25-20, 25-11) The Husker matches will air on Husker Sports Network radio affiliates, including 107.3 FM in Lincoln and 105.9 Sept. 15 Missouri State W, 3-0 (25-19, 25-12, 25-4) FM in Omaha.
