This has reference to recovery actions initiated against you under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act 2002. 2. Please refer to the possession notice dated 30.08.2019 issued to you regarding taking possession of the secured assets at more fully described in the schedule below by the undersigned for the purpose of realization of the secured assets in exercise of the powers conferred on the bank as Secured Creditor under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002 and the Rules there under. 3.
